Wander The Web Wednesday

This is a new feature that I'll try to incorporate a couple of Wednesdays a month.  Since I started our blog a couple of years ago I have been so blessed with meeting some truly inspiring and supportive people.

Don't you find as you're wandering the web and you discover something great,  you would like to share it with others?  I found myself thinking exactly that about the following stories, ideas and blogs.  I hope you'll find something of interest or inspiration.

Meg at Little Bit of Life has a great post titled "Five Years" .  This is advice for married couples and is pertinent whether you've been married 5 months or 25 years.  It is funny and yet so true.  Meg has been married for 5 years and this is a reflection back on that time.  {She also has a great Etsy store!}

I came across How to Make Kefir at Crackers: A Homemade Blog.  Melanie's mother-in-law made kefir by following a recipe in Ashley English's "Homemade Dairy" book {LOVE her books!}.  I'm definitely going to try this.

Country Wedding Inspiration from Erin at Carolina Country Living is inspiring for decor as well as for photography.  She has compiled some beautiful ideas - love the hay bales for seating, the burlap banner and the egg placecards.  Absolutely beautiful and a wonderful blog.  I will definitely be visiting often.  As a side note, further down on her blog she features photos from her wedding day.  {5 years too.....she should check out Meg's post!}

I came across a very cute idea for a Kitchen Desk Organizational Area Using Clothespins from Freckled Laundry.  So simple and so useful.

Love the playroom at Sixty Fifth Avenue blog.  I particularly like the butterfly art {at the bottom of the post}.  So sweet and so simple to do with a paper punch and paper!

And finally, I love lavender.  I'm planning on planting quite a bit of it this year.  What to do with it all?  Check out this Lavender Crafts site.  Tons of ideas as well as helpful information about the different types of lavender.

Happy Wednesday!!

LOVE the country wedding! Such gorgeous ideas. And as a clothespin-aholic I think I'll have to incorporate that idea into our office. You also just reminded me that I wanted to get some lavendar for our flower beds.

Thanks for the ideas and the link!
