Tuesday's "Three"

Jackson, Oliver and Emerson - terrific trio!

3 Things That Have Made Me Laugh This Week:
  1. Jackson fell off the stool at the kitchen bar over the weekend.  He was up on the bar, I told him to get down, and in his hurry to get down he fell from the chair to the ground.  He then quickly hopped back up onto the chair....... like I didn't see him fall.
  2. Oliver, Emerson and Jackson all lined up to smell the scents I was using to make candles and lotions.  Who would've thought dogs {and a cat who thinks he's a dog} would want to smell fragrance oils???
  3. My husband talking about politics.....oh boy does he get on a roll and I find it hilarious.
3 Things You Might Enjoy:
  1. I would LOVE to receive this little gift.  I will have to remember this wrapping the next time I give a gift!
  2. Let me say the words....Pain Au Chocolat Cinnamon Rolls.  Sound incredibly delicious?  They look amazing and are made with puff pastry - so easy!!
  3. Felting is on my wish list of things to learn and I think this must be the item I start with.  It's absolutely adorable!!
3 Things I dislike:
  1. When blogs don't have archives or categories.  I'm not talking about archived by date, I'm talking about archived by subject.  I see something I like on a site and then can never find it again!
  2. Apple juice.  I thought of this because I am usually really good at looking at the ingredients on juice to see if apple juice is an ingredient {take a look- most juices are primarily apple even if it isn't in the title}.  I bought a new juice, Strawberry Banana, and guess what it tastes like????  Apple juice!  Yuck!!  I like applesauce, apples, apple pie, etc. just not apple juice.
  3. That I bite my nails.  Yup, I do.  I stopped once - my husband bet me I couldn't stop biting my nails for a month.  If I did, he would buy me the pink golf clubs I wanted.  Pink clubs!  How could I not????  Day 31, he bought the clubs and on the way home the nails went back into my mouth.  Pathetic!
Happy Tuesday!

LOL! I love your nail story! We never have to trim Duder's nails, because he's always got them in his mouth. Takes after his daddy. ;)

I LOVE that little bumble bee. That is just too cute.

I love this post! I feel like I know a little more about you now and find we have things in common! :-)

PS: THANKS for the good thoughts for Charlie who is the one that ate the tennis ball--We've been seeing pieces of it for the last 3 days, so my hope and prayer is that it'll continue to all come out in the end! :-S

Poor Jackson! I always think cats look so embarrassed when they fall. It's just not supposed to happen. I made that carrot poke cake for Easter and everyone loved it. Thanks!

I have just learned to needle felt! And guess what...that little bee was the first thing I made (in class)! It is very very addicting and I am into multi-medium felting in just a few short months! That is I use more than the "roving" to make a picture...like regular wool, embroidery, and found objects, like twigs, shells and lichen and such things like that. It is so much fun! (can you tell I am excited about it, lol) Cathy

Meg - I take after my daddy too!
Kim - thank you. I'm also so happy that the tennis ball seems to be coming out "naturally" for poor Charlie.
Mary - I agree with most cats. Jack, on the other hand, it just doesn't seem to bother him. Hooray for the carrot poke cake - happy it turned out great.
Cathy - that is too funny that your first project was a bee! I could definitely see myself getting into mixed medium felting too.
Thanks so much all!

The link to that little stitched heart led me to a very inspiring blog! Thanks for sharing! Also, I want to learn how to felt as well. I've looked at kits on etsy several times but I've never actually ordered anything.
