Tuesday's "Three"

3 Things Making Me Happy Right Now:
  1. I am finished at my job.  Yippee!!  I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful it actually is.
  2. Taking the dogs for morning walks at the park with my mom.  Although yesterday's walk completely exhausted them {a benefit I was hoping for}, it is a fantastic way to start our day and I get to see my mom a bit more too!
  3. Bits of green are popping up in my garden.

3 Things To Share From The Web:
  1. I've used "silken" tea bags quite a bit in the past year or so and never even had a thought that they could be made with plastics.  This article has certainly opened my eyes.  Yikes!
  2. Have you ever thought about the history of breakfast cereal?  This article is eye-opening, in a sense, because although I never actually sat down and thought about the industry of cereal once I read it all the bits of cereal facts floating in my head seemed to come together.
  3. On a much lighter note, Tanya from Lovely Greens has put together a post outlining how to make a strawberry planter from wood pallets.  Brilliant!

3 Things I'm Currently Working On For The Blog:
  1. I'm working with 4 amazing bloggers on a Homesteading series that starts next week.
  2. A how-to Homesteading series on basics such as making bread, making a braided rug, homemade cleaners, soaps and lotions, roasting coffee, etc.
  3. Some DIY projects.
Happy Tuesday!

You are always so busy! You might just have to get another job so you can slow down! Congrats on your retirement :)

I can't wait to read the new homesteading articles - I've enjoyed your blog for a couple of years now, and love reading about your fuzzy "children" and their antics.
