Tuesday's "Three"

3 little things i'm grateful for today...

sugar snaps - one of my favorite veggies.  this is last night's harvest.

planting radish in the squash beds as a natural squash bug deterrent....

sitting back and watching the chickens {stick is used to round up the newer girls who are extremely rebellious}

what little things are you grateful for today?
happy tuesday friends!

Mmmmmm, snap peas! You've got quite a bunch there!

Shelter from our daily afternoon storms.
Chocolate ice cream with pecans.
Being able to hear the birds' songs.

Does that really work? I don't eat radishes but would try it if you think it works. Now- what controls grasshoppers? No chickens allowed in the garden.

So grateful to see a friend who I have not seen for 28 years come to visit unexpectedly. I cried. We shared the garden, memories, photos. A stellar day. Thank you for asking. Love the stick...are the new 'girls' really rebellious? Well that's a whole new blog right there!!!

I am so thankful to have my chicks to come home to after a long work day. Nothing relaxes me like watching them for a little while!
