This and That....

These beautiful flowers are in bloom all throughout my yard.  It almost {almost} distracts me from seeing all of the weeds.  :)

This little man is dealing with some significant pain this week.  Hence my absence.  We spent a good portion of our Sunday rushing him to and from the Emergency Vet Clinic.  The poor guy has Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) and is in a whole lot of pain currently.  He's currently receiving 24 hour care and is all drugged up on pain meds and muscle relaxers.  I feel awful for him and all of his medical issues at such a young age.  Your thoughts & prayers are appreciated as we try to get him back up and running.

J has been working on making a whole lot of this, his specialty - our handmade laundry soap with oxy boost.

And J has also been working hard on this.  Making up tons and tons of soap for our Apothecary store.

What about you?  What's going on in your neck of the woods?

Oh, poor baby. He is in our thoughts and prayers. You too. It's not easy dealing with a loved one who's not feeling well.

Your black-eyes susans are gorgeous! Don't you love the way they just keep on coming back? Our kitchen table has a bouquet of them that keeps getting filled!

Hope things get better soon...

Way to go J!

Hello Stacy!

Just wanted to give you a testimonial. I have ordered a couple of jars of your whipped body butter (milk & honey) for my 7yr old son. He had bouts of eczema on his chest and wrists. We realized it was from a dairy allergy. After removing those items from his diet, he was still dealing with dry, sensitive skin in those areas. Your lotion is the only lotion we've tried that has helped bring his skin back to normal (mixed with some prayer!). Thanks for spending the time to make great products!

Thank you all. I feel awful for the little guy and all of the pain he's in but hoping we'll all make it through without surgery. Melissa - THANK YOU! So happy the body butter is working for him! Although we no longer carry that scent, I can always make it for you if you wish. Just email me and let me know.
