$60.00 A Week: Sunday Prep + Weekly Meal Plan


It's Saturday and that means it's time for this weekend's list of prep items AND our meal plan.  I'm excited to share that we bought hardly anything for this week's meals.  Excited because we are using our stockpile and also excited because it opens up a bit of space in the freezer for freezer meal prep.  Which I've become addicted to.



Anyway, here we go....

Sunday Prep:

Monday
Breakfast - Yogurt & Granola
Lunch - Chicken & Bean Quesadilla, Salsa, and Pear for a snack
Dinner - Slow-Cooker Bourbon Pork {freezer meal}, Rice, Cabbage wedges with Cheese Sauce

Tuesday
Breakfast - Breakfast Burritos
Lunch - Minestrone soup with homemade bread and apple with peanut butter for a snack
Dinner - Quick & Easy Chicken Parm, Pasta & Steamed Green Beans

Wednesday
Breakfast - Yogurt & Granola
Lunch - Chicken & Bean Quesadilla, Salsa, and Pear for a snack
Dinner - Slow-Cooker BBQ Pork Ribs, Stovetop {homemade} Creamy Mac & Cheese, and Braised Winter Greens

Thursday
Breakfast - Breakfast Burritos
Lunch - Minestrone soup with homemade bread and apple with peanut butter for a snack
Dinner - Slow-Cooker Ginger-Peach Chicken {freezer meal}, Rice, and steamed broccoli

Friday
Breakfast - Yogurt & Granola
Lunch - Chicken & Bean Quesadilla, Salsa, and Pear for a snack
Dinner - Beef-Mozzarella Bake with Homemade Bread and Romaine Salad with Green Goddess Dressing

Saturday
Breakfast - Eggs over Homefries, Applesauce
Lunch - Chicken & Rice soup with homemade bread
Dinner - Chicken & Biscuits

Sunday
Breakfast - Breakfast Sandwich & Hashbrowns
Lunch - Chili & Homemade Bread
Dinner - Slow-Cooker Beef Short Ribs with Mushroom Risotto and Sautéed Broccoli Rabe
