$60.00 A Week Challenge: Sunday Prep + Weekly Meal Plan

Chicken Sausage Chili in our new handcrafted soup mugs
Our busy season is starting to wind down although we don't actually slow down until January.  That being said, we are planning to take a day or two off.  With a day off comes time to make pie so I'm planning on baking a Dutch Apple Pie for Christmas.  Although I doubt we'll be hungry for it on Christmas after having a big 'ol helping of prime rib, it will surely taste just as delicious Saturday night with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
