Recipe: Simple Tomato Tarts

Summer is here and with that comes pounds and pounds of fresh tomatoes.  Tomato season doesn't seem to last long enough, in my opinion.  From the moment the first sun-ripened tomato is ready to pick until I am forced to remove the remaining green tomatoes in the Fall .....
