We were lucky enough to receive a sneak-peek of fall weather the end of last week and I love it!  In my opinion, it's too short of a season.  Summer has made a return but the sneak-peek encourages me to add fall-type meals to the menu.  I mean who doesn't crave creamy chicken enchiladas smothered in sauce or chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy???

We only shopped at one store this week as we had almost everything on hand.  No stock-ups this week.  Unfortunately, I haven't even had time to peruse the sale flyers....

Weekly Meal Plan:

Breakfast - French Toast
Lunch - BLT Sandwich
Dinner - BBQ Beer Can Chicken, Creamy Secret Ingredient Stovetop Mac & Cheese and Corn Fritters

Breakfast - Yogurt & Granola
Lunch - Sandwich
Dinner - Beef Teriyaki with Homefries and Green Beans

Breakfast - Freezer French Toast
Lunch - Crab Salad Rolls
Dinner - Creamy Chicken Enchiladas with White Sauce {using Monday's leftover chicken} with Rice and Mexican Street Corn

Breakfast - Yogurt & Granola
Lunch - Sandwich
Dinner - Grilled Pork Chops, Hashbrown Casserole and Sautéed Spinach

Breakfast - Freezer French Toast
Lunch - Crab Salad Rolls
Dinner - Slow-Cooker Asian Beef Short Ribs, Risotto and Veggie Stir-Fry

Breakfast - Breakfast Burritos and Hashbrowns
Lunch - Clam Chowder
Dinner - Out

Breakfast - Quick & Easy Breakfast Cups
Lunch - Sandwiches and Macaroni Salad
Dinner - Chicken-Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, and Honey-Glazed Carrots

Sunday Prep:
No Sunday Prep was needed.  I did make dessert however - Pecan Pie Bars and M&M Cookies.....
