Lunch - Sandwich
Dinner - BBQ Chicken Quarter, Rice and Corn-On-The-Cob

Breakfast - Blueberry Scones
Lunch - Sandwich
Dinner - Pasta with Sausage Ragu and Eggplant Parm

Breakfast - Quick & Easy Breakfast Cups
Lunch - Taco Soup
Dinner - Pork Chops with Creamy Mustard Sauce, Rice and Succotash

Breakfast - Blueberry Scones
Lunch -  Taco Soup
Dinner - Chicken Stroganoff over Egg Noodles and Steamed Broccoli

Breakfast - French Toast and Bacon
Lunch - Chicken Tortilla Soup
Dinner - Crockpot Pot Roast, Potatoes with Gravy and Carrots

Breakfast - Eggs over Home Fries
Lunch - Sausage & Tortellini Soup
Dinner - Roast Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy and Roasted Cabbage

Sunday Meal Prep:
  • Make Blueberry Scones {store some dough in freezer, and bake some}
  • Prep the ingredients for the soups - some will go in crockpots and some will be simmered stove-top in the evening
Weekly Food Cost:
I bought nothing.  Na da.  Everything came from the freezer, pantry and garden.

Nice work. We are currently trying to get rid of all our food before we move to stay with rellies. It is not going to all go but this week I spent about $40 including $10 worth of toilet paper.
