Real Food Meal Plan - Week of December 17, 2017



This is an absolutely crazy week for us.  Online orders come in all day (and night) which we've tried very hard to get out so they arrive in time for Christmas.  We're also prepping for the Friday Holiday Faire, and of course, all of the other day-to-day.  Our meal plan is more important right now than it's ever been since it allows me to not stress about what to make.  One last thing to think about is a very good thing!!


Weekly Meal Plan:
Sunday
Breakfast - Whole Grain Toast with Cashew Butter and Berries
Lunch -  Fall Veggie Soup
Dinner - Roasted Veggie Pizza (me), Pepperoni & Burger Pizza (J)

Monday
Breakfast - Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
Lunch - Super Salad (me) + fruit, Leftover Pizza (J)
Dinner - Baked Cod with Dill Sauce, Baked Potato Wedges, and Roasted Broccoli

Tuesday
Breakfast - Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
Lunch - Super Salad (me) + fruit, Tomato Soup + Grilled Cheese Sandwich (J)
Dinner - Fall Vegetable Bowl (me), BBQ Pork Tenderloin, Mac & Cheese, & Roasted Buttercup Squash (J)

Wednesday
Breakfast - Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
Lunch -  Carrot Hummus with Veggies (me) + fruit, Tomato Soup + Grilled Cheese Sandwich (J)
Dinner - Pad Thai (me), Chicken Piccata, Rice & Broccoli (J)

Thursday
Breakfast - Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
Lunch - Super Salad (me) + fruit, Ham & Cheese Sandwich + Chips (J)
Dinner - Veggie Burger (me), Beef Burger (J), Baked Smashed Potatoes, & Broccoli Salad

Friday
Breakfast - Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
Lunch - Super Salad (me) + fruit, Ham & Cheese Sandwich + Chips (J)
Dinner - out

Saturday
Breakfast - Breakfast Burritos
Lunch - Butternut Squash Soup & Sandwich
Dinner - Bean & Roasted Pepper Tacos (me), Slow-Cooker Short Rib Adobo Tacos with Slaw, Mexican Rice, & Roasted Corn & Avocado Salad
