Tuesday's Three

3 little things I'm grateful for today:

1. A STAYCATION!!!!  We don't take much time off from our business throughout the year and I get so excited at taking a week off at the end of each year.  This year we are taking TWO WEEKS OFF!!  Well, almost off.  I'll still be answering emails, packing orders and shipping, but we won't be going to any markets or shows and we won't be making any products.  And that, my friends, is enough for me!

2. Make-Ahead and Freezer Meals - much of what I'll be serving on our staycation is exactly that.  This way we get the benefit of homemade food and the ease of just reheating!

3. All Of You!  Thank you SO MUCH to each and every one of you who stops by and reads this little blog.  It really means the world to me.  I've been working on some posts that I'll be publishing in January as well as making a list of the recipes many of you have emailed throughout the year and asked me to share.  They will be coming!

Happy Holidays to you and Merry Christmas to those of you who celebrate!

What 3 little things top your gratitude list this year?

  1. It certainly feels like a holiday when you can get your pre cooked meal out for the freezer. Glad you are having a two week holiday at home. I have loved reading your blog and popping in to see what you are up to on the other side of the world. Have a Merry Christmas from Australia.

  4. 1-thankful to have discovered your blog...wonderful to meet a like-minded new friend

2-fireplaces, space heaters and a kerosene heater...is this not the "perfect" time for the furnace to quit?! (A repair part is on the way...)

3- a little down time for the kids...no school, no homework, no pressures for a couple of weeks.

Have a wonderful Christmas...look forward to catching up again! Mary
