My all time favorite summer side!
What a beautiful, mouth-watering picture. My husband was away this week, so I was living on tomatoes...fried(baked) and similar to these, but with goat cheese. I have a thing for goat cheese!!
{sigh} I wish I could eat goat cheese. :) It's just too...well, goat-y!
